Huge 3 joint chicken wings brined in spices, twice cooked for extra crispy skin in either cumin, spike and slaughter or salt & peppered
2. AVANT GUARD STEAK
Feather blade steak flash fried in butter, with soy, garlic, red chilli & ginger
3. ARTISIAN CHICKEN KEBAB
Succulent chicken breast, marinated in yoghurt & a blend of spices, then chargrilled & sprinkled with coriander.
4. CRISPY FISH
Fresh cod pieces draped in an airy spicy batter and lightly fried; served with pickles, coriander, chilli and lime

1. CHEEKY CHOPS
The largest long-bone LAMB chops, marinated in yoghurt and a blend of spices, cooked in our clay oven for extra flavour & served with pickles, coriander, chilli and harissa. (GF)
Slow-cooked in garlic & paprika until the PORK meat falls from the bone, painted in Spike sauce and finished on the chargrill for extra flavour; served with more Spike sauce, pickles, coriander and chilli. (GF)
3. BONEHARD BURGER
(Traditional American burger) aged hand-made BEEF patty, grilled in butter, with smoked bacon, smoked cheese, hand-made pickles, lettuce, red onion, Frenchie’s mustard, mucky mayo & ketchup. Served in a toasted artisan bun.
4. ROMEO ROMEO
Grilled CHICKEN with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, chives, cucumber, basil, smoked cheese and pesto Mayo. Served on a toasted artisan bun

A Mexican speciality, painted in spiced mayo and finished on the grill; smothered in cheese. Pickled onions and herbs to finish. (V) (GF)
2. MEAT THIEF
A VEG mix of chunky chopped onions, sweetcorn, peppers, cauliflower, celery & carrots; covered in an airy batter and lightly fried. Smothered in an Indochinese sauce. (V)
Succulent mushrooms deep rich flavours umami style. (V)
4. DIRTY HUMM
Handmade traditional hummus, then smacked with Boneyard harissa; served with pickles, flat bread and lemon. (V)

Large field MUSHROOM lightly fried in butter, with smoked cheese, red onion, mucky mayo, pickles and lettuce. Served on a toasted artisan bun. (V)

Spiked & lightly fried crunchy vegetables, with slaw, pickles and dirty hummus; doused in Slaughter sauce. Served on a toasted artisan bun. (V)

1. SENSUAL MORROCON DELIGHT:
Grilled vegetable kebab skewers made with mushrooms, red onion, aubergine and peppers sautéed in Moroccan spices served with a spicy hummus or barbecue sauce.
2. GET STUFFED!
Pan fried Portobello mushroom in a garlic, thyme and white wine, then stuffed with dairy free cream cheese and chives sprinkled with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. Served with a light salad
3. DELICIOUS DARING DUNKS
Garlic ciabatta bread slices served with chopped cherry tomatoes soaked in garlic, thyme, black pepper and olive oil with a pot of hummus to dunk right in.
4. TASTY TERAYAKI TREASURES
Vegan Teriyaki mock duck wraps – Vegan mock duck gently pan fried with teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and chilli, gently wrapped in a tortilla wrap along with shredded lettuce, cucumber and spring onions with a plum sauce

Grilled ¼ pounder soya burger with a slice of melted violife cheese, fresh salad, fried onions, jalapenos in a bun served with fries and a choice of barbecue or tomato sauce

Vegan Fajitas using either sizzling mushrooms or vegan mock chicken strips in a delicious fajita seasoning with peppers, onions garlic and a hint of chilli served with Peri Peri spices fries and a serving of guacamole or salsa
3. POETIC PASTA
Vegan Vegetable Pasta – Mixed vegetables pasta cooked in a garlic, red wine, tomato, oregano, basil, thyme and black peppered sauce served with grated dairy free cheese melted on top with cracked black pepper and accompanied with garlic ciabatta bread and side salad
4. BANGING BANGERS AND MASH!
Vegan Sausages & Mash – Delicious Soya based sausages grilled and served with homemade dairy free mash potato made from real potatoes along with sautéed green beans smothered in vegan gravy
